Due to a change in the USA regulations concerning PFAS^※1, new measures are required for some of our products.

Please read the following for details.
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued reporting and recordkeeping requirements for PFAS under the TSCA^※2 on October 11, 2023. This final rule was effective on November 13, 2023.

Reporting target of PFAS
PFAS that meet the definition in “§705.3”, and mixtures and articles containing PFAS (including research and development purpose).

Reporting information
Information specified in “§705.15” or “§705.18” related to the manufacture and import to USA of the above-mentioned PFAS, mixtures and articles containing PFAS in any year between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2022.

Reporting period
Report only once between November 12, 2024 and May 8, 2025.

Polyplastics Products including PFAS
Products listed in the Annex are applicable of mixtures containing Polytetrafluoroethylene (CAS No. 9002-84-0) as PFAS.
U.S. importers of applicable products or articles using applicable products are required to report the above.
Please contact our sales representative regarding the PFAS content of applicable products.
