We are pleased to announce that Daicel Co., Ltd. completed 100% of ownership of Polyplastics Co., Ltd. on October 9.

Although Polyplastics is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Daicel, it will not affect our business relationship with our business partners. With this wholly owned subsidiary, we aim to further grow the engineering plastics business of the Daicel Group and better support our valued customers around the world.
