We have implemented the measures for preventing from the spread of COVID-19 in the offices and plants to minimize the impact for the customers. The following is a summary of the status of our Group companies as of March 30, 2020.

1. Production
Fuji plant and other Group plants are operating normally in compliance with the guidelines of each country/area.

2. Raw materials procurement
Though we have some troubles in raw material procurement, we are working to maintain an appropriate inventory of raw materials and we procure raw materials from multiple sources. Accordingly, production has not been hindered..

3. Logistics
There are no areas in which distribution has been fully suspended. However, delivery has been delayed in some areas.

4. Office operation
We have implemented teleworking and off-peak commuting, as well as a policy requiring employees to measure their temperature before coming to work. In addition, we are restricting business trips and visits to customers, and we ask that customers and others do not visit our offices or plants.
Our Group companies are also implementing the same measures in a manner suited to the status of infection in the individual country/area and in accordance with the instructions of the governments of those countries.
