Polyplastics Co., Ltd. (Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Toshio Shiwaku) announced its decision to merge wholly owned subsidiary WinTech Polymer Ltd. (Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Toru Katsumata).

(1) Date of merger: April 1, 2019

(2) Surviving company: Polyplastics Co., Ltd.

(3) Purpose: To integrate the PBT and GF-PET business owned by WinTech Polymer Ltd., with the POM, PPS, LCP and COC business operating by Polyplastics Co., Ltd. in order to make quick and accurate management decisions.
