WinTech Polymer Ltd. and Polyplastics Co., Ltd. announce price increase on its DURANEX® Polybutylene Terephthalate grades.

WinTech Polymer and Polyplastics have continued to concentrate on stable supply of products and quality improvement and are making every effort group-wide to streamline operations. However, the increase in raw material costs that we are experiencing lately is drastic and difficult to be absorbed by our efforts alone. Due to this situation, we have decided to carry out price increase on our PBT resin as follows.
We will continue to work to meet customer needs and provide a stable supply of high-quality products. Your understanding and cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

   Japan; (current price) + 25 yen/kg
   Overseas; (current price) + US $0.25/kg
3. Effective Date:
   May 15, 2017 as ex-factory date
