At the end of last year, we discovered that a company named Shenzhen Green Dot Plastic Raw Material Co., Ltd. had fabricated an “Authorized Dealer Certificate” (Photograph below) and falsely represented themselves as one of “Polyplastics’ authorized dealers” to customers in the Chinese market. 

We hereby inform you that Polyplastics do not have any cooperative relationship with above-mentioned company and that we do not guarantee that the products sold by this company come from our production or supply routes. 

In addition, on third-party Internet sites also we found several outlets falsely representing themselves as Polyplastics’ sales agents. All of the infringing links involved have been deleted as a result of complaints filed by Polyplastics. 

In order to protect the interests of our customers, we will continue to monitor for violations and illegal activities in the market and eliminate them immediately upon discovery. 

We kindly ask our customers to take great care in purchasing our products from reliable sources only. If you have any questions concerning reliable purchasing channels, please contact your nearest Polyplastics office or representative, or contact us directly via : Contact Us. 

Also, if you have any concerns about the resins you are currently using, please consult one of our sales representatives. 

Finally, please understand that Polyplastics cannot be held responsible for any quality issues which may arise from the use of counterfeit products.
